In the land-based casinos, the “common properties” are manned by the police. Due to the inadequacy of the police force, the criminals are allowed to roam free. The casino hotels are however not allowed to secure the streets because the streets still belong to the state, and securing the same is an act of exercising property rights. In the online realm, the online casino websites can secure the surroundings of the website to make sure that the hackers are flushed out or that the hackers would not penetrate the security barriers.
